Winner of Best Comedian two years in a row by the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards Heather Jones is not your typical comic. A mother of 6, she is a regular at the Omaha Funny Bone and has performed at clubs and festivals across the country. She is a founding member of Big Canvas, a non-profit improv group that performs and teaches with the mission “Comedy is for Everyone”. She had the honor of being asked to speak at a 2015 TEDx talk filmed at University of Omaha, has been a regular guest on radio programs and featured on Omaha’s popular late night sketch comedy TV show “Omaha Live”. When she isn’t busy with kids, husband, 4 f’in dogs and an adorable guinea pig (the only biological entity that makes the least noise in her house) she is sleeping.. a lot.

Charmingly magnetic, Brooke Barsell has a face of an angel and the punchlines of a sailor. She disarms audiences quickly with optimism, good vibes and tales of the 69 fairy. Energetically chill, you might want to be her bestie. Brooke is fast becoming Omaha’s best export. Brooke has produced hundreds of shows, travels all over the Midwest climbing mountains, doing comedy and taking selfies.
